Villa Carmela Apartments on Eastlake in Seattle

Living Here
Built in 1906, Villa Carmela offers an updated infrastructure while maintaining vintage charm.

All apartments are one-bedroom corner units. Six apartments on the West side of the building have wonderful views of Lake Union and front row seats for the Fourth of July fireworks.

Six apartments on the East side of the building face a Rhododendron garden and have peek-a-boo views of the lake.

All apartments get a great deal of natural light through double-pane insulated windows.

There is a little something extra that can be found in every unit: built-in cabinets and shelves, walk-in closets, granite countertops, claw-foot tubs and more.

The halls and apartment interiors are decorated with hand painted Spanish and Portuguese tile.

Villa Carmela is a well cared for, attractive and exceptionally located place to live.
